Privacy Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Last Updated: May 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how InsiteBridge ("InsiteBridge," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit https://insitebridge.ai (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described below.

This policy applies to our public website. If you use any InsiteBridge product, service, or platform under a separate agreement, the data handling for that product is governed by the applicable customer agreement, Data Processing Addendum (DPA), or product-specific notice, not this website policy.

If you have questions, contact us at privacy@insitebridge.ai.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways: information you give us directly, and information collected automatically when you use the Site.

Information you provide

  • Email address and name when you subscribe to our newsletter, leave a comment, or fill out a contact form.

  • Message content you submit through contact forms or comments.

  • Any other information you choose to share with us voluntarily.

Information collected automatically

  • Log and device data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and timestamps.

  • Cookies and similar technologies: small files stored on your device that help the Site function and let us understand how it’s used. See Section 5 below.

  • Analytics data: aggregated usage statistics from services like [Google Analytics / Plausible / Fathom — list whichever you use].

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers, financial account info, precise geolocation, or health data) through the Site.

Note on AI training: Information you submit through the Site (e.g., contact forms, newsletter signups) is not used to train AI models. Use of InsiteBridge AI products is governed by a separate customer agreement.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Site

  • Send newsletters, updates, or responses to your inquiries (only if you’ve signed up or contacted us)

  • Monitor traffic patterns and understand which content is popular

  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents

  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only in these limited cases:

  • Service providers who help us run the Site (e.g., web hosting, email delivery, analytics). They may access your information only to perform services on our behalf.

  • Legal requirements if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

  • Business transfers if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that deal.

Third-party services we currently use include:

  • [Email provider — e.g., Mailchimp, ConvertKit, Substack] for newsletter delivery

  • [Analytics provider — e.g., Google Analytics] for traffic analytics

  • [Hosting provider — e.g., Cloudflare, Vercel, WordPress.com]

  • [Any other tools — comment systems, embeds, etc.]

Each of these services has its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to review them.

4. Your Choices

  • Unsubscribe from emails any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any newsletter we send.

  • Browser controls: you can set your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent. Some parts of the Site may not function properly if you disable cookies.

  • Do Not Track: our Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track browser signals.

  • Global Privacy Control (GPC): we honor GPC signals as a valid opt-out request. Because we do not currently sell or share personal information, no opt-out is needed at this time, but GPC signals will continue to be respected if our practices change.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Remember your preferences

  • Understand how visitors use the Site (analytics)

  • [Add other purposes if applicable, e.g., display ads]

You can control cookies through your browser settings. For more details on managing cookies, see https://www.allaboutcookies.org.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Newsletter subscribers’ information is retained until they unsubscribe. Contact form submissions are typically retained for [e.g., 24 months] unless a longer period is necessary.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@insitebridge.ai and we will delete it.
